Why It Matters

Dedicated Hardware Solves Problems Virtualization Can't

Every VPS and cloud instance, no matter how well-engineered, is still a slice of a physical machine shared with other tenants. Most of the time that sharing is invisible, but under real load it isn't: a noisy neighbor spinning up a batch job on the same host can spike your I/O wait times, steal CPU cycles during a scheduler burst, or saturate the shared network interface right when your traffic peaks. A dedicated server removes that variable entirely. When you provision one of our Xeon or EPYC boxes, every core, every gigabyte of RAM, and every NVMe drive in that chassis is yours alone — nobody else's workload can degrade yours, and your performance under load is the same at 3am as it is during your biggest traffic spike of the year.

That isolation also unlocks a level of hardware customization that virtualized environments simply can't offer. Need a specific RAID configuration for a write-heavy database? Want to pass through a hardware security module or a specialized network card? On a dedicated server you can, because you're not sharing a hypervisor's abstraction layer with anyone else — you're configuring physical hardware directly. This matters most for workloads with predictable, demanding I/O patterns: large relational databases running constant writes, video transcoding pipelines, ad-serving platforms handling tens of thousands of requests per second, or any application where a millisecond of added latency has a measurable business cost.

Physical isolation also carries weight for compliance-sensitive businesses. Organizations handling payment data under PCI-DSS, or running workloads adjacent to healthcare data where HIPAA-style controls are expected by a client or auditor, often need to demonstrate that their infrastructure isn't co-mingled with other customers' data at the hardware level. A dedicated server gives you a straightforward answer to that question: this box runs your workload and nothing else. Combined with our hardware RAID options, IPMI-based remote management, and DDoS protection included at no extra cost, dedicated hosting gives compliance teams a much simpler infrastructure story to tell auditors than a shared or virtualized environment ever could.

  • 100% of CPU, RAM & storage dedicated to your workload
  • No noisy neighbors, no shared I/O contention
  • Full hardware customization & RAID configuration
  • Physical isolation for PCI-DSS & compliance-sensitive workloads
What's Included

Dedicated Hosting Features That Matter Under Load

100% Dedicated Hardware

Every core, drive and byte of RAM in the chassis is reserved for your workload alone — no virtualization overhead.

Managed Or Unmanaged

Run your own stack unmanaged, or let our systems administrators handle patching, monitoring and support.

DDoS Protection Included

Network-level mitigation is standard on every dedicated server, with no extra bandwidth surcharge.

Hardware RAID Options

Configure RAID-0, RAID-1, RAID-5 or RAID-10 across NVMe drives to match your performance and redundancy needs.

IPMI & Remote KVM

Full out-of-band access to reboot, reinstall or troubleshoot your server even if the OS won't boot.

4-Hour Hardware Replacement

Failed drive, RAM stick or power supply? Our on-site technicians swap it under a guaranteed 4-hour SLA.

Custom OS & Control Panels

Install the Linux or Windows distribution and control panel of your choice, or bring your own image.

24/7 NOC Monitoring

Our network operations center watches hardware health, power and connectivity on every server, around the clock.

Managed Vs. Unmanaged

Choose How Much Of The Server You Want To Own

Not every customer wants the same level of involvement with their server, so every dedicated plan is available in either managed or unmanaged form. Unmanaged means exactly what it sounds like: we rack the hardware, provision your chosen OS, hand you root or administrator access, and get out of the way. You're responsible for OS updates, application-level security, firewall configuration, software installs, and day-to-day server administration. It's the right fit for teams with in-house DevOps or sysadmin capacity who want full control and don't want anyone else touching their configuration.

Our managed tier covers the operational work most teams don't want to own themselves. That includes OS-level security patching on a regular schedule, proactive hardware monitoring so we catch a failing drive or degraded RAID array before it becomes an outage, control panel licensing (cPanel, Plesk, or your preferred panel) bundled into the plan instead of billed separately, and continuous security monitoring that flags unusual login attempts or suspicious processes. Our team also handles routine maintenance windows and coordinates directly with you before anything gets touched, so managed doesn't mean losing visibility into your own infrastructure — it means not having to be the one who does the patching at 2am.

The 4-hour hardware replacement SLA applies to both tiers and works the same way regardless of which one you choose: our 24/7 NOC monitors server health continuously, and if a physical component fails — a drive, a RAM module, a power supply, a network card — an on-site technician begins the swap within four hours of the fault being confirmed, using spare hardware we keep stocked in every facility. For RAID-configured arrays, this typically happens with zero downtime since the array continues serving from remaining drives during the rebuild. For non-redundant single-drive configurations, we restore from your most recent backup as part of the replacement process. Either way, you're never left waiting on a hardware order to ship before your server is back to full health.

🏢 Data Center Facilities
Where Your Server Lives

Tier-1 Data Centers Built For Uptime

Every dedicated server ships from a facility with redundant power feeds, redundant cooling, and multiple upstream network providers, so a single point of failure never takes your server offline. Our NOC watches hardware health continuously, and on-site technicians are staffed around the clock to handle physical replacements the moment a fault is detected.
